From time to time, the need arises to provide a passive protection system for projects that are not standard or that have exceptional requirements. The difference can be either geometric or functional or in exceptional functional requirements. The requirements originate from standards or guidelines from safety consultants and the Fire Commission.

The goal:

Geometric constraints or special instructions or compensation for functional deficiencies in other parts require a perfect functional solution for the active and passive fire protection complex that are integrated with each other. All with the aim of protecting the entire project as a complete whole for the purpose of preserving human life, property and intellectual property therein.

Method:

Design a protection system based on previous existing tests and approvals to provide a perfect solution while ensuring its proper approval by the planners and the fire and rescue authority. The design is based on existing knowledge in the company or advice received from the engineering departments of the various suppliers. The solutions will always be based on perfect tests and execution details.

Mandatory standards:

Providing the special response will always be based on the accepted and recognized standards in Israel, meaning Israeli, American or European standards. The solution will always be approved, prior to its execution and installation, by the authorized bodies. If necessary, the supply of raw materials and installation on site can be accompanied by an inspection by an external authorized inspector who will grant a certificate of completion in accordance with the approved detail.

Sometimes solutions will be integrated that address the requirements of two regulators in a project, such as the Fire and Rescue Authority in parallel with the requirements of the Home Front Command.
